Beauty and the Beast Wedding

It’s a story that’s as old as time: girl meets boy and makes him a better person. Still, it’s one of the most popular love stories in Disney-lore. With the most recent theatrical release of Beauty and the Beast, there’s bound to be more interest in that theme wedding. This particular theme has been on the back-burner in my mind for awhile, so there’s really no way I could get all my ideas into one board. Of course there’s the library wedding (how could there not be with that elaborate gift every bibliophile dreams of?). I’ve also included mirrors as wedding favors (the couple’s window to the outside world), teapot place holders, and a stained glass cake and cookies.

Great Ideas that Aren’t on the Board

• The guestbook table would have a candelabra, wooden clock, and ceramic teapot and cup to symbolize Lumiere, Cogsworth, Mrs. Potts and Chip. 
• The bridesmaids would each carry a single rose, each rose getting fuller until the Bride comes with either a perfect single rose or a rose bouquet.
• A single open-bloomed rose would sit on the napkin on each plate at the reception
• Optional antlers in all of the decorating (if you don’t get the joke, this wedding probably isn’t for you =P)
